The face veneer and the backer veneer of these spectacular Walnut Butt veneer faces are both approximately 1/32" thick.  The overall thickness is approximately 1/16" thick.  The backer veneer adds strength and assures perfect flataness.

Walnut Butt grains may have circular and swirly patterns.  If a grain direction is prominent, it will be with the long dimension.  Exception:  If a grain direction is prominent in the 28" x 8" face in the table below, it will be going in the 8" direction.
